As a child, she dreamed of having several lives. Since then, she’s calmed down a bit: she’s enjoying hers as much as she can.

Curious about the world, she likes to discover ‘elsewhere’ because it sounds exotic to her ears. Not exotic in the bad sense of the word, not cliché, not expected. No. But the encounter with the other who is both similar and different. And then the discovery of rites, beliefs and ways of life. The re-discovery of time, far from the sometimes frantic pace of our lives. And every time she is seduced by a place, she asks the question, sometimes very briefly: ‘What if I came to live here too’?

An anthropologist by training, and a journalist as (another) profession, she loves immersion. In other people’s homes. Or in the great outdoors. Telling stories, photographing, and then, on her return, sharing the charms of the world and her personal favourites.

At forty, she’s also a young mother, proving that being anadventurer and a mother are not mutually exclusive. She’s ready to share her tips and tricks with you!
